Earn points towards cash-back for all of your slot and bingo play. Progress through all three tiers to unlock the prestige of gold rewards which include access to exclusive events and invite-only tournaments.
Membership is free to guests 18 years of age or older with a valid ID. Acceptable forms of identification are tribal, military, passport, state issued ID or driver’s license.
An active card and a matching photo ID are required for all club transactions, cash-back point redemptions and promotion participation.
If there is no slot play account activity during a 12-month period, any remaining slot points in the account will be void.
When playing slots it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the card is inserted and accepted for play in the machine.
Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error or any other reasons deemed valid.
Bingo Rewards are valid only to those guests who have entered them through their own individual use. Points or entries earned by someone other than the account holder will become void. Club accounts, cards and points are non-negotiable.
Points are for individual members and may not be combined with a spouse or other member.
Members may begin requesting cash-back after 2,000 points or more have been accumulated in their account.
Receipts for cash-back must be used by the end of the business day.
Management reserves the right to cancel or change club benefits, rules or regulations without prior notices.
Any membership misuse may result in permanent inactivation of a member’s account.
Tier statuses will be assessed twice a year based on two periods: May 15 - November 14 and November 15 - May 14.
Once a tier has been reached, the benefits will begin immediately. The guest will remain in the achieved tier for the current period, and the period immediately following.
It is the Guest’s responsibility to maintain their status by the following original start period, or be subject to tier reallocation.
In order for Tulalip Gaming Organization (TGO) to release this information each customer is required to submit a signed request. The win loss statements are only available for Player’s Club Card members. TGO does not track play that is not associated with a customer’s player’s card account.

Win/Loss Statement Request Instructions:
1. Please complete all sections of the form:
Year ending, (The year you want your statement to cover)
Print your full name
Birth date mm/dd/yyyy
Your Bingo Rewards number, if known.
Your complete address
Check how you would like to receive your Win/Loss letter.
Enclose a copy of your current state identification card or driver’s license (We will not be able to process your request without this.)
